Natalia Gorniak is the Administrative Assistant at O’Hare Parnagian LLP, where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s attorneys and ensuring the smooth management of case activity. Since joining the firm in 2023, Natalia has become an essential point of coordination for litigation calendars, court filings, and case documentation. She also monitors banking activity for accuracy, maintains case records, and provides hands-on assistance with major matters requiring detailed preparation, such as organizing exhibits and discovery.

Known for her focus, accountability, and reliability, Natalia approaches her role with the mindset that no task is too small when it contributes to client success. She is highly organized and proactive, balancing day-to-day priorities with the unexpected demands of a busy litigation practice. Colleagues value her ability to stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality.

Natalia holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, building on earlier studies at the University of the Far East. Before joining O’Hare Parnagian, she worked in administrative roles that strengthened her skills in managing deadlines, handling financial records, and supporting executives. Her professional philosophy is rooted in responsibility and attention to detail, qualities that she credits to her upbringing and applies daily in her work.

Beyond her professional contributions, Natalia is passionate about reading and staying active, whether running, traveling, or revisiting Russian classics through audiobooks. She especially enjoys mystery and crime fiction and finds balance in spending time outdoors with her energetic Dalmatian, Maisy. A firm believer in teamwork, Natalia’s favorite part of working at O’Hare Parnagian is the people – she values the dedication of her colleagues and the collaborative culture that drives the firm’s success.
