Andrew C. Levitt is Senior Counsel in OP’s litigation practice group. He has extensive experience handling complex business, commercial, and securities matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts and in arbitration. Andrew joined OP in 2006 and is integrally involved in all facets of the firm’s commercial litigation practice.

Andrew has successfully represented OP’s clients as both plaintiffs and defendants on a broad range of issues including proxy contests, business torts, subprime mortgage litigation, securities fraud, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, unfair competition, and significant breach of contract matters.

Andrew began his career as a litigation associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Before joining Skadden, he was a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio for Judge Frank J. Battisti and Judge Robert B. Krupansky.

In addition to his law practice, Andrew has served as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals and an elected member of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York.
