Veronika Reizin is a litigation and real estate attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, real estate conflicts, and personal injury matters.  Since 2011, she has built a reputation for her meticulous preparation, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to client goals.  Veronika approaches each case with a philosophy grounded in honesty, ethics, and strategic problem-solving, ensuring that her clients are fully informed and well-represented at every stage of litigation.

Her practice covers a wide range of disputes, including contract and business conflicts, real estate and trusts and estates litigation, professional malpractice, and negligence cases.  She has successfully litigated on behalf of both individuals and institutions, including banks, finance companies, and high-net-worth clients.  Veronika successfully litigated and obtained victories in multiple matters, including challenging school negligence and premises liability cases.

Veronika is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.  She is an active member of the legal community, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, its Women’s Caucus, and the American Association for Justice, where she has served on the Publications Committee of the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus. Her past committee work includes service with the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, where she contributed to committees on cooperative and condominium law and state courts of superior jurisdiction.

In addition to her legal practice, Veronika has written for professional publications, including contributing to the New York Law Journal article “Defendants’ Liability Curtailed in Three Significant Decisions.”  She has also chaired a program on restrictive covenants in employment agreements.

A graduate of Brooklyn College (B.S., Business, Management, Finance, and Economics, summa cum laude) and St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., cum laude), where she was a member of the Law Review, Veronika values both the intellectual rigor and human impact of legal practice.  Clients and colleagues describe her as empathetic, assertive, and results-driven – a lawyer who balances keen analytical skills with genuine care for the people she represents.
