Chris Parnagian advises on corporate transactions and commercial matters.  He handles private company purchase and sale deals and financing transactions and advises on corporate governance issues and contract matters.  Additionally, Chris represents clients in commercial real estate acquisition, disposition and leasing matters and advises high-net-worth individuals on residential property transactions in New York City and surrounding counties.

Before co-founding O’Hare Parnagian, Chris served as a Business & Finance Department associate with Thelen Reid & Priest LLP.  His legal practice is informed by his prior experience as a manager at TRW Inc. (now part of Northrop Grumman Corporation).
