Michael Zarocostas

Michael Zarocostas is Senior Counsel at O’Hare Parnagian LLP, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and appeals. He brings significant large firm and appellate experience to his practice, combining sophisticated legal analysis with a focused, client-centered approach.

Michael began his career in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he handled complex securities, corporate, business, accounting, and insurance litigation, as well as investigations, regulatory matters, and international arbitrations. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he received a Distinguished Service Award.

At OP, Michael handles complex commercial and business disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, breaches of contract, fraud claims, securities matters, arbitrations, and appeals in state and federal courts

Michael earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a technical editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. He earned his B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia. Outside his legal practice, Michael is a published author whose work has received recognition in literary and screenwriting competitions.  Michael is also actively involved in youth athletics and serves as a varsity soccer coach.
